DÜZCE CAM, which has a float glass production capacity of 1500 tons/day, produces glass thicknesses between 3 and 12 mm.

The structure formed as a result of combining two glass plates with the effect of temperature and pressure by placing a chemical binder (PVB) between them is called laminated glass. DÜZCE CAM uses PVB (polyvinylbutyral) as an interlayer in all laminated glasses it produces. Thus; In addition to high heat and sound insulation, impact resistant laminated safety glasses are produced. SAFETY AND SECURITY In cases where the glass is broken, it keeps the pieces together and minimizes the risks caused by glass breakage. It not only prevents injuries that may occur due to an accident, but also protects life and property against impacts from outside. CLEAR PROLAM It is produced by Düzce Cam by laying transparent PVB between two clear glass plates. Thus, Clear Laminated Glass does not compromise on light transmittance, but also becomes safe. ACOUSTIC PROLAM Acoustic laminated glass provides sound insulation of buildings and structures in areas with high sound and noise. Acoustic PVB with sound insulation used between glass plates; It absorbs and weakens the highfrequency sound waves coming from the outside and creates a noise barrier. OPAQUE PROLAM Opaque laminated glass is produced in order to prevent the appearance of interior spaces. The matte white PVB interlayer between the glass plates absorbs short wavelength ultraviolet rays from the sun and it prevents the colors of the items from fading. Opaque laminated glass can also be produced with various colored PVB interlayers to provide special lighting effects or to create decorative arrangements. COLORED PROLAM It is produced when at least one of the two glass plates is colored glass. Colored laminated glass used for security purposes in architectural structures also provides an aesthetic appearance.

MAGNETRON COATING Magnetron Coating is the process of depositing particles that are removed from the target at atomic size with the help of ionized gases in vacuum and plasma environments homogeneously on the glass surface by momentum transfer.In the production of Climatic Glass, heat loss is prevented in the Climatic Energy series products by coating the metal or metal oxide material on the glass to form a thin layer.In the Climatic Four Seasons series products, both heat loss is prevented and the use of air conditioning is reduced by controlling the sunlight that cause heating.Therefore, energy performance is increased.
